Golf Lab web apps is provided to Customer for purpose of online purchase of program, booking of lesson/fitting session, storage and tracking of program vouchers.
All orders/bookings made in this web apps are governed by the terms and conditions set out below:
1. Order/Booking Placement
- You will be required to either log into your account or create a new one if you are a first-time customer. We encourage you to verify all information before finalizing your purchase, including email address and contact details.
- To place an order (purchase a program), simply visit our website and select your desired service(s). Ensure you select service staff (Teaching Professional/Fitter) before proceeding to check out/confirm booking.
- To place a booking via program voucher, go to My Voucher in your account and select the desired location, date and time, before proceeding to check out/confirm booking. Service staff is defaulted to your earlier selection when you purchase program.
- To place a booking without payment (“Book Now Pay at Store”), simply visit our website and select your desired service(s). Ensure you select the appropriate location, service staff, date and time, before proceeding to check out/confirm booking.
- Orders/bookings are not refundable and exchangeable with other services/products.
2. Order/Booking Confirmation
2.1 Once your order or booking is confirmed, a notification will appear your account and email will be sent to you. Please make sure your email address is accurate and up to date to avoid any issues in receiving your order or booking updates.
3.1 Our online platform supports major credit and debit cards, online banking, and e-wallets. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway, ensuring that your payment information is protected.
3.2 If you encounter any issues during the payment process, we recommend checking your bank’s authorization and ensuring your card is enabled for online transactions. For credit card transactions, we may perform a verification to ensure the security of your order.
4. Order/Booking Processing
4.1 Online order/purchase of program is processed with program vouchers generated in My Vouchers immediately once payment is confirmed.
4.2 Online booking of lesson/fitting session is processed i and should appear in My Bookings mmediately once payment is confirmed.
5. Program Vouchers
5.1 When a Program is purchased, a set of program vouchers will be generated in Customer’s account under My Vouchers in Golf Lab web. Customer can then place booking session using program voucher.
5.3 Program vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase, after which no request for extension will be entertained.
6. Delivery of Service
6.1 Customer is expected to arrive chosen location, date and time to receive services selected.
6.2. For booking without payment (“Book Now Pay at Store”), payment must be settled at service location before service is provided. Customer is advised to arrive 15 minutes ahead of booking time to complete payment.
6.3 Lesson/ fitting session will start as per booking start time. Late turn-up will result in deducted lesson/fitting session accordingly.
6.3 Customer must show booking QR code to be scanned (“Check In”) by our fitter/teaching professional upon starting fitting services/lesson. Upon “Check In”, service is deemed rendered/delivered.
6.4 In case of no-show, booking is deemed lapsed and service rendered. No refund/replacement will be entertained.
7. Change and Cancellation of Booking
7.1 Lesson/fitting session is immediately arranged once bookings made by Customer. However, if you wish to cancel or change date/time of booking, you can do so through Golf Lab web, subject to availability and minimum 24 hours before original booking slot.
7.2 Change of location or Teaching Professional/Fitter is not possible.
8. Refunds
8.1 Orders/bookings are not refundable and exchangeable with other services/products. No refunds for order of program made by Customer will be entertained.
8.2 Program vouchers (either valid or expired) are no refundable or exchangeable for other services/products.
